In a relevant context, an inspection tour to the crops market by SUNA showed the fluctuation of prices of some crops, some reportedly increased, others went down. The survey of prices focused on durra, millet, nuts, beans, onions, hibiscus, potato and lemon, whereas prices of fruits and meat were said to have remained stable. However, dealers in these products have attributed fluctuation of prices to supply and demand, saying the increase in prices has negligible effect on the purchasing power so far.
