Nile Levels Record Rise in Khartoum

    Khartoum - Nile levels recorded, yesterday, a rise in all measurement points, except Khartoum and Atbara, where Khartoum height reached 17 meters, Atbara, 16.31 meters, and Roseires, 16, 67 meters.

    Media official of emergency room of the Civil Defense Council, Colonel (Police) Mohamadain Abu Al-Qasim stressed that these levels are not serious at the moment, but if any rainfall in the Ethiopian plateau, as expected, it will be a serious threat to the two banks in the area from Shendi to the north, especially in the islands, calling on citizens to take precautionary measures.
